§ 71.01 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND POLICY.

The purpose of this chapter is to promote public order, safety, and personal responsibility with respect to the operation of golf carts on county highways and county roads in Morgan County, Indiana. All provisions shall be liberally construed consistently with this purpose and policy.
