(A)
Morgan County is divided into three County Board of Commissioner election districts, designated numerically as follows:
(1) District 1. This district shall consist of all of Green, Jackson and Washington Townships;
(2) District 2. This district shall consist of all of Adams, Ashland, Baker, Clay, Gregg, Jefferson, Monroe and Ray Townships; and
(3) District 3. This district shall consist of all of Brown, Harrison and Madison Townships.
(B) This section repeals, supersedes and replaces all prior Commissioner District ordinances (Ordinance 1-5-3).
(C) A copy of this section shall be filed with the Circuit Court Clerk and shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and upon filing said copy with the County Circuit Clerk.
