(A)
Morgan County is divided into four County Council election districts, designated numerically as follows:
(1) District 1. This district shall consist of all of Washington Township;
(2) District 2. This district shall consist of all precincts in Green, Jackson and Harrison Townships, Clay Township Precincts 1 and 2 and Madison Township Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 6;
(3) District 3. This district shall consist of all Brown Township precincts, Clay Township Precinct 3 and Madison Township Precincts 4 and 5; and
(4) District 4. This district shall consist of all of Adams, Ashland, Baker, Gregg, Jefferson, Monroe and Ray Townships.
(B) This section repeals and supersedes all prior ordinances establishing districts for the County Council.
