(A) Prior to any recordation as set forth in this chapter, all fees assessed and required to be paid to the County Plan Commission, or the planning commission of competent jurisdiction, shall have been paid.
(B) The County Plan Commission’s, or the Planning Commission of competent jurisdiction, stamp or seal shall be on the Mylar original if applicable.
(C) This chapter shall be effective on and after passage.
(D) The County Plan Commission, County Auditor and County Surveyor shall receive a copy of the recorded plat from the Recorder following recordation.
