(A) A permit for a bed and breakfast establishment and/or retail food establishment shall be issued for a term beginning January 1, and/or before commencement of operation, and expiring December 31, of the same year and shall be applied for by the person and/or operator annually.
(B) A permit for a temporary food establishment shall be for the term of 15 days per calendar year. No more than one temporary food establishment permit will be issued to each vendor per calendar year.
