Beginning on the township line dividing Townships 10 and 11 North, where the line dividing Ranges 2 and 3 East crosses the same; thence west to the center of Range 2 West; thence north to the southeast corner of Section 16, Township 12, North of Range 2 West; thence west to the line dividing Ranges 2 and 3 West; thence north to the point where Mill Creek crosses the line between Ranges 2 and 3 West; thence following the meanders and channel of said Mill Creek to the point where the same crosses the line between Sections 21 and 28, in Township 14 North of Range 2 West; thence east to the line dividing Range 2 and 3 East; thence south to the place of beginning, except where the south line of Hendricks County crosses Mill Creek in Section 28 Township 14 North Range 2 West and running southwesterly along the meanderings of said Mill Creek which is the line of Morgan and Putnam Counties to the Congressional Township line dividing Townships 13 and 14, and where said township line crosses Mill Creek; thence running due east on said Congressional Township line to the principal meridian line; thence with said meridian line two miles due north to the present Hendricks County line; thence due west with said line to the place of beginning.
