§ 113.20 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   The Health Officer may suspend or revoke the permit of any tattoo operator for any period of time for any violation of this chapter, state or federal regulations concerning bloodborne pathogens, tattoos or work-place regulations (OSHA).
   (B)   The suspension and/or revocation shall be effective upon issuance by the Health Officer.
   (C)   The tattoo operator may have the permit reinstated upon compliance with this chapter, state or federal regulation concerning bloodborne pathogens, tattoos or work place regulations (OSHA) and to the satisfaction of the Health Officer.
   (D)   Appeals of orders of revocation shall be conducted pursuant to I.C. 4-21.5-3-1 et seq.
   (E)   The Board of Health shall conduct administrative hearings concerning the suspension or revocation of any permit issued herein as set forth in I.C. 4-21.5-3 et seq.
