§ 111.05 DENIAL; GROUNDS.

   The Commissioners shall not issue a dance hall permit or annual dance hall license to any applicant if the following conditions exist:

   (A)   The facility at which the dance or dance hall activities are to be or are conducted is located on property that is within 1,000 feet of any lot or parcel of property on which a church or school exists;

   (B)   The facility at which dance or dance hall activities are to be or are conducted is located on property that is within 1,000 feet of any lot or parcel of property on which alcoholic beverages are sold;

   (C)   The application was not made at least 30 days prior to the time of commencement of the dance;

   (D)   The applicant has been found in violation of any law relating to alcoholic beverages, narcotics, disorderly or immoral conduct;

   (E)   Previous Board of Health violations occurred at a prior dance or dance hall owned or operated by applicant;

   (F)   The applicant has been convicted of a felony; or

   (G)   The applicant has not reached the age of 21 years.
