(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) All violations of § 110.01 shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100.
(C) Any person who violates the terms of § 110.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed $500 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
