This chapter is to regulate public and semi-public pools and spas with regard to the health and welfare of people in public and semi-public water settings. It is also to provide for the orderly, consistent, and effective implementation of the Indiana State Board of Health Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-2.1, as amended.
