The following fees are established for administration, inspection and issuance of permits under this subchapter. The fees shall be collected by the Department.
(A) Residential:
(1) $50 for each access point to the county road for a single-use permit;
(2) $150 for each access point to the county road for a subdivision or access to greater than one residence.
(B) Commercial and industrial: $150 for each access point.
