§ 94.03 FIREWORKS DISPLAY.
   (A)   Any person who conducts or permits a “public display” of fireworks pursuant to I.C. 22-11-14-2 or I.C. 22-11-14-3.5 shall, in addition to the permit requirements of the Fire Marshal, notify each residence located within a one-mile distance of the display site of his or her intent to have a public display of fireworks.
   (B)   The notice shall be in writing and delivered to the residences not later than 48 hours prior to the display. The notice shall be mailed by United States mail, first class and the person shall retain a list of the names and addresses of the persons provided notice. It shall be sufficient to determine the names and addresses of the owners of residences requiring notice by utilizing the county’s property tax records.
   (C)   A copy of the notice shall be mailed to the County Sheriff’s Department.
