Any alarm having false alarms at a specific site within a calendar year shall be subject to warning and/or fines, depending on the number of false alarms at that specific site.

1 to 3 | Written notice or warning letter |
4 to 5 | Fine not to exceed $25 |
6 to 10 | Fine not to exceed $50 |
Above 10 | $50 fine for each false alarm |
