(A) No alarm system designed to transmit alarm conditions directly to the County Sheriff’s Department shall be tested or demonstrated without first notifying the County Sheriff’s Department.
(B) Notification is not required to test or demonstrate alarm devices not transmitting alarm conditions directly to the County Sheriff’s Department, unless the alarm conditions are to be relayed to the Sheriff’s Department.
(C) Failure to notify the County Sheriff’s Department Communications prior to testing an alarm shall constitute a false alarm.
