The county courthouse, the county courthouse annex, the County Administration Building and the County Highway Department Office shall be smoke-free buildings, and the use or smoking of all cigarettes, pipes, cigars, smokeless tobacco or tobacco products shall be banned from all interior portions of the county courthouse, the county courthouse annex, the county administration building and the County Highway Department office, including personal offices and bathrooms.
