(A) In addition to the requirements of this section, compliance with the requirements set forth in the local zoning ordinances is also necessary. Compliance with all applicable ordinances of the County Surveyor’s Office as well as with applicable state statutes and regulations shall also be required.
(B) Unless otherwise stated, all other specifications referred to in this section shall be the most recent edition available.
(C) Violations of the requirements of this section are subject to the penalties listed in § 52.99.
