(A) Subject to the provisions of this section, it shall be lawful for any public utility, unless otherwise restricted, to put utility poles along the existing right-of-way of any highway or road maintained by or under the jurisdiction of the County Board of Commissioners.
(B) All utility poles placed hereafter, or all of which may be replaced hereafter, shall be moved at the expense of said utility when such utility is notified by the County Board of Commissioners that it is necessary that such utility poles be moved due to repair, widening or relocation of any public highway or road maintained by or under the jurisdiction of the County Board of Commissioners.
(C) The County Board of Commissioners shall cooperate with said public utility in the moving of such utility poles and any lines which must be moved due to the moving of such utility pole.
(D) The cost of the moving of such utility pole shall be solely at the expense of said public utility.
