§ 37.02 OVB CLERK.

   (A)   The Clerk of the County Circuit Court is hereby designated as the Violations Clerk of the County OVB.

   (B)   The Violations Clerk may accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations and payment of civil penalties of not more than $100 in ordinance violations cases, subject to the schedule set forth below.
