(A) Pursuant to I.C. 32-29-7-3, there is established an administrative fee to be charged by the County Sheriff for the administration of mortgage foreclosure sales in the county in the sum of $175 for each foreclosure sale. This fee authorized herein shall be payable by the person seeking to enforce the judgment and decree and shall be paid at the time of the filing of the praecipe under I.C. 32-29-7-3(b).
(B) The fees collected by the Sheriff shall be deposited into the County General Fund and may only be appropriated for operating expenses of the County Sheriff’s Department.
