(A) In accordance with said local court rule dated June 24, 1992, a fee of $10 is hereby established for any of said courts in which any document or material may be faxed to the County Clerk.
(B) Such fee of $10 must be paid to the County Clerk before any document is faxed to the County Clerk.
(C) Such fee, when received, will be duly noted in the fee book for the respective court under the appropriate case and cause number, and such funds will be handled in the appropriate manner as required by state law, the regulations of the State Board of Accounts and local county procedures.
(D) Such fee, when paid, shall cover all documents and material which may be received to be filed in the cause to which such fee is credited.
(E) All documents and material so received shall, in all ways, comply with such local court rule, and the Clerk shall do all acts necessary and proper to implement such rule.
