(A) The Morgan County Prosecutor’s Federal Forfeiture Fund (“Fund”) is hereby established for all such uses as permitted by the program.
(B) The fund shall be a non-reverting Fund.
(C) Any funds deposited into the Fund shall not be subject to budget or appropriation as is normally required for governmental expenditures.
(D) Any funds deposited into the Fund shall only be appropriated for purposes permitted by the program or as otherwise provided by law.
(E) Any funds deposited into the Fund by means of a forfeiture generated by the U.S. Department of Treasury, the U.S. Department of Justice, or any other source other than the program shall be accounted for separately form those funds deposited by reason of Morgan County’s participation in the program.
