§ 35.06 DONATION FUND FOR THE COUNTY D.A.R.E. PROGRAM.
   The County Sheriff’s Department “D.A.R.E. Fund” is hereby established and shall be implemented as follows.
   (A)   All funds received as donations shall be deposited with the County Treasurer and accounted for to the County Auditor.
   (B)   Disbursement shall be made from such fund by manner of claim by the Department up to the amount of the fund or expenses of the program.
   (C)   The funds so deposited shall not be subject to budget or appropriation as is normally required for governmental expenditures.
   (D)   The County Sheriff’s Department shall be notified of the passage of this section, and shall forthwith deposit all donations held by them to the Treasurer of the county.
