§ 34.36 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY OR EMERGENCY TESTS.

   During an emergency management test or declared emergency, the following shall be immune from liability, to the extent provided by I.C. 10-14-3-5 and any other applicable law:

   (A)   The county;

   (B)   Its assigned personnel;

   (C)   Participating emergency services; and

   (D)   Rostered volunteers.
