§ 34.34 PRIORITY OF EMERGENCY ORDERS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.

At all times when the orders, rules and regulations made and promulgated pursuant to this subchapter shall be in effect, they shall supersede all existing inconsistent:

(A) Ordinances;

(B) Orders;

(D) Regulations.
