§ 34.30 PLENIPOTENTIARY POWERS IN ABSENCE OF BOARD QUORUM.
   (A)   In the event that a quorum of the Board of Commissioners cannot be assembled for purposes of the meeting required under Indiana Code, the Principal Executive Officer of the county shall:
      (1)   Be considered a plenipotentiary rep-resentative of the Board;
      (2)   Have all powers of the full Board; and
      (3)   Take all actions of the full Board.
   (B)   When a quorum is assembled, such plenipotentiary powers shall cease.
