1323.11 ACCESSORY SWIMMING POOL BUILDING.

No accessory swimming pool, hot tub or swim sap building shall be constructed unless a permit has been issued by the Planning Commission based on plans and specifications which must comply with all applicable Zoning Code and Building Code provisions.
