All lighting of swimming pools and other recreational pools regulated by this Chapter shall comply with the requirements of Section 1171.09, Outdoor Lighting Regulations, of these Codified Ordinances, and all electrical equipment shall be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code, and must be approved by a national testing laboratory recognized by the Building Inspector.
