The Green Commission shall hold meetings as may be called by the Chair or upon the request of the Mayor, a Council representative, or at least two members of the Green Commission. A majority of the members shall be a quorum to do business. The Green Commission shall meet not less than four times each year. The Green Commission shall keep records of its proceedings and shall issue an annual report of its activities to Council.
The Clerk of Council shall distribute the meeting agenda to members of the Green Commission at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled meeting. The Clerk of Council shall notify the media and other persons requesting notice in writing of Green Commission meetings in accordance with the Ohio Sunshine Laws. In any matters or proceedings not covered by the foregoing rules and not governed by law or other ordinances, the proceedings shall be governed by Robert's Rules of Order.
