Members of the Parks Commission shall make recommendations to Council on issues of policy, layout, acquisition, and general operation of properties within the Village of Moreland Hills' land bank or defined park system. Parks Commission members shall also consider other environmental issues as may be introduced by the Mayor. Members of the Parks Commission shall have no legislative authority and are responsible only for making recommendations to Council.
