161.04 ORGANIZATION.
   At their initial meeting following appointment and thereafter at their first meeting held each calendar year, the members of the Commission shall select a Chair, a Vice Chair to serve in the absence or unavailability of the Chair, and a Secretary. The Secretary shall take minutes of the meetings of the Commission and shall forward them to the Clerk of Council in a timely manner. (Ord. 2022-17. Passed 3-9-22.)
