In addition to the regular compensation for all full-time employees of the Municipality, there is hereby established a longevity pay which shall be payable in December of each year to those employees who, as of December 1 of that year, have completed sixty months of full-time employment with the Municipality. Each such employee shall be paid one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for each twelve month period of full-time employment with the Municipality.
