1365.07 VIOLATIONS.

No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions and requirements of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted in Section 1365.01, or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or violate any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder.
