1365.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between the requirements of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted in Section 1365.01 and those of any other Code adopted by the Village, or any Village ordinance, that requirement which establishes a higher or stricter standard shall prevail. (Ord. 2014-70. Passed 11-12-14.)
