(a) The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear and decide appeals from the requirements of this chapter.
(b) The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged that there is an error in any requirement, decision or determination made by the Building Inspector in the enforcement or administration of this chapter.
(c) The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be deemed final upon the mailing of the decision to all parties. Any interested party, including the Village, may appeal the decision of the Board of Building Code Appeals in the manner provided by law.
