1347.07 EXEMPTION.
   Inasmuch as property owned or controlled by the Village and used for public facility purposes of a nonresidential nature are located throughout the Village, and inasmuch as some of these public uses currently use radio antennas for communication purposes, such properties shall be deemed acceptable for the construction of wireless telecommunication facilities. The construction or erection of wireless telecommunication facilities on such property shall be permitted and exempt from the regulations set forth in these Codified Ordinances, but shall be subject to such conditions, standards and regulations as deemed appropriate by separate ordinance of the Council.
