1347.03 CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION OR REMOVAL; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall construct, erect, or remove a wireless telecommunication facility in the Village without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Inspector pursuant to the requirements of this chapter and the other provisions of the Building Code that do not conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
