The permittee shall remove the entire building, including all walls, roofs and floors, to the ground level, and all basement floors shall be broken up. Basements shall be filled with material containing no garbage or wood or other material deemed unsuitable by the Village Engineer and no concrete pieces or solid material greater than twelve inches shall be used. A top dressing of sand, clay or loam shall be filled over each structure site to a depth of approximately twelve inches. (Ord. 2012-37. Passed 5-9-12.)
