1346.04 REMOVAL OF PREMISES AS A WHOLE.
   No structure shall be removed from the premises as a whole or in a substantially whole condition without first obtaining a moving permit pursuant to Chapter 1319 or a demolition permit pursuant to Chapter 1346 of this Building Code.
