(a) Each application for a Certificate of Inspection shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) Each application for a Certificate of Inspection for a rental dwelling, regardless of whether such rental dwelling is registered in accordance with Chapter 1363, shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(c) Each application for a Certificate of Inspection for a vacant dwelling, regardless of whether such vacant dwelling is registered in accordance with Chapter 1361, shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(d) Each request for re-inspection, after the required time for correction, shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(e) Any fees required by CCGHD shall be paid by the applicant directly to CCGHD.
