The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint a Fire Inspector for the Municipality who shall inspect the public and commercial buildings in the Municipality pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code and any other buildings designated by the Mayor.
The owner of a public or commercial building shall pay an inspection fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Village prior to the inspection. The owner of a residential dwelling shall pay an inspection fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to the Village prior to the inspection.
