The Clerk of the Village is directed, when outside burning in the Village is required to be extinguished by the Village fire service, to send to the owner whose property is affected, a bill for the Village's expenses in rendering fire emergency service in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), which amount shall be deposited in the General Fund.
