The Protected Hillside Zone contains one or more of the following criteria:
(a) Areas that exhibit evidence of past or present unstable soil.
(b) Areas having slopes with a natural gradient within the limits set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to original Ordinance 1992-42 and incorporated herein fully as if by reference and adopted as if by reference.
(c) All areas that exhibit evidence of the presence of Geeburg soils, based on the most recent Cuyahoga County soil survey maps or by soil surveys performed by the applicant done by a certified soils specialist.
