(a) Electrical Grounding. Each fixture must be grounded through the use of a grounding conductor.
(b) Right of Way. No fixtures shall be permitted in the street right of way.
(c) Lamp Placement. The center of the electric lamp bulb shall not be placed more than twenty-four (24) inches above grade and in the case of bollard style lighting, shall not exceed forty-two (42) inches in height. Path lights shall use either low-voltage incandescent sources or LED lamps or native LED circuit boards. Bollards shall be cut-off style and shall not feature visible light sources. (Ord. 2017-21.
