A fee in such amount as provided in the fee schedule referenced in Section 1313.22 shall be submitted with the original application and each renewal thereafter, which fee shall be retained by the Municipality and credited to the General Fund regardless of whether or not such registration is issued. Such registration shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued.
