The total area of all types of signs in Retail Business Districts for a building, establishment or lot shall not exceed one square foot for each lineal foot of lot frontage up to 100 square feet and including both frontages of a corner lot. No one sign of two faces shall exceed sixty square feet for both faces and no single-face sign shall exceed thirty square feet.
