1325.08 SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT SIGNS.
   Each subdivision may have only one sign erected at the main entrance to such subdivision. It shall be located at least 100 feet from the nearest residential dwelling and may not exceed forty- eight square feet in total area. It may be lettered only on one side. A permit shall be obtained from the Building Inspector for a period of one year, however, such permit may be renewed while construction in the subdivision is being pursued diligently. Placement of such sign shall be subject to approval of the Planning Commission.
