(a) A corral fence not exceeding five feet in height adequate to contain horses stabled on a lot shall be erected at least five feet from the side and end lot lines. Plans for the construction of any stable shall include plans for such fence and be approved and subject to permit by the Building Department. Such fence shall be of a design and of materials approved by the Building Department that shall be effective as a corral.
