1321.03 LOCATION AND CONSTRUCTION RESTRICTIONS.

No permit shall be issued for the erection of any stable located at a place where it would be unlawful under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance or this Building Code. Subject to the requirements provided in Section 1127.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code, no person shall locate any stable nearer than fifty feet to the side and rear lot lines.
