Such applicant shall furnish all pertinent information on the building or structure proposed to be moved, which building or structure shall conform in all respects to the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance requirements of the Village. The Building Inspector may require inspections of the structure as part of the application process. All such inspections shall be at the expense of the applicant. Plans for a proposed location within the Village shall be submitted and approved by the Village Engineer, Building Inspector, Architectural Reviewer, and the Platining Commission. The proposed route of moving such building or structure shall be submitted and approved by the Chief of Police. No building or structure shall be moved on any vehicle which exceeds 20,000
