The fees of the Architectural Reviewer for the services rendered by such official, under and by authority of this chapter shall be as set forth from time to time by ordinance. Such fees shall be in addition to the application deposit required by Section 1313.23(b), and shall be collected from applicants for a permit at the time such application for a permit is filed with the Building Inspector.
